Restaurant Hours: Wednesday – Saturday 5:30pm-close; Sundays 5:00pm-close.
Winter Closure Schedule: We will be closed from Monday, January 2nd through Tuesday January 10th, 2011.

We reserve tables in our dining room and seats at the counter throughout the evening.
The counter seating (overlooking our kitchen) is reserved by calling the restaurant directly. There are six seats at the counter.
PLEASE NOTE: We ask that all guests in a party arrive at the scheduled reservation time. We will begin cooking for you shortly after said time. If one or all members of a party arrive late for their reservation we may be unable to accommodate. Thank you for understanding.
Upon reserving, we encourage guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions to inform of us of those specifications in order to best accommodate your needs.

RESERVATION POLICY
Because we are a small restaurant, we require a credit card deposit of $68 per person for all parties to hold a reservation. The deposit is not refundable unless the reservation is cancelled by phone (only) (510.653.3902) forty-eight (48) hours in advance. The cancellation policy goes into effect forty-eight hours before a scheduled reservation if said notice is not given and receipt confirmed by a person tending the phones at Commis Restaurant. Please note that if a no-show or late cancellation fee is charged, we will issue the same amount in the form of a gift certificate. We will store the gift certificate for you at the restaurant until your next visit. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations messages left on the restaurant’s voicemail must be confirmed by a return phone call from the restaurant to avoid any cancellation fees (please see our RESERVATION POLICY). All reservations are subject to the restaurant's cancellation and/or deposit policy. Please contact the restaurant with any questions regarding late cancellations or cancellation fees.
